A. Processing Time - We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working day via Royal Mail
We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays

A. No we only ship to addresses within the UK

A. Yes we have a shop in Market Harborough, where you will find all of our collections and we are very focused on our one to one customer service. If you are looking for an outfit for a special occasion, a visit to our shop once we are allowed to re open our doors is a must!
Q. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or faulty item?
A. We’re sorry to hear that you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item. So that we can get this sorted for you, please drop us a message within 14 days of delivery with the following info-

A. Contact us within 14 days of delivery. This 14 day window begins after an order has arrived with the customer, please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, if the item is not returned in it’s original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value.
- All products must be returned unworn and in the same packaging they arrived in.
